Overview of SAR's
One of the functions of the Board is to commission a safeguarding adults review (SAR) into the death of an adult with care and support needs in certain circumstances.
Read more about the reviews we have commissioned in the past and the learning from them. Most of the reviews have both a 7-minute summary and a full report.
Our leaflet for families, friends and carers explains what a SAR is and what to expect from the SAR process.
