Our annual report is the key mechanism by which we are held to account for the work we carry out. The report explains the work we have done towards achieving our strategic aims. It also contains data and graphs showing key local safeguarding adults trends.

The ISAB annual report is shared with the chief executive and leader of the local authority, the Police and Crime Commissioner, the Health and Wellbeing Board and our local Healthwatch.
